From West: Take I-84 East to Route 2 East (Exit 55). Take Exit 8 (Hebron Ave.). Keep left at fork on ramp. Turn left onto Hebron Ave. **
From East: Take I-84 West to Route 2 East (Exit 55). Take Exit 8 (Hebron Avenue). Keep left at fork on ramp. Turn left onto Hebron Ave. **
From North:Take I-91 South to Exit 30 (I-84 East / East Hartford / New London). Merge onto I-84 East. Take Route 2 East (Exit 55). Take Exit 8 (Hebron Avenue). Keep left at fork on ramp. Turn left onto Hebron Ave. **
From South:Take I-91 North to Route 3 North (Exit 25). Bear right onto Route 2 East towards Norwich. Take Exit 8 (Hebron Avenue). Keep left at fork on ramp. Turn left onto Hebron Ave. **
** Go ½ mile, turn right at the 3rd light (past the Glastonbury Wellness Center) onto Oakwood Street and take an immediate left into first driveway. We are located in the Hartford Hospital Health Center (HHHC) - look for the blue sign. Go in the front door - our office (Suite 200) is on the right as you enter.
From West Rte. 2: Take Exit 8 (Hebron Avenue). Turn right onto Hebron Avenue. At first traffic light, take right onto Oakwood Street. Take immediate left into first driveway for Hartford Hospital Health Center (HHHC). On right is our office (Suite 200).
